We use state of the art roofs to compliment our stylish windows and doors and are able to offer both glass and 35mm durable polycarbonate glazing options. Both glazing options benefit from improved thermal capabilities meaning that the amount of heat transferred through the roofing material is greatly reduced, allowing you to enjoy the benefit of your conservatory all year round. We are able to advise you and take care of every step of supplying your dream conservatory. At initial design stage, using a superior computer aided design package we can show you different styles of conservatory allowing you to see how the finished product would look against the backdrop of your home before you have even ordered it.

Planning
Sometimes it is a requirement that planning permission is obtained for a conservatory. If this is the case Creative Outlook will relieve you of the stress of making an application by drawing and submitting all the plans and following up the application on your behalf. This process normally takes about eight weeks and once permission has been granted we will supply you with a full written planning consent from your local authority before any work is carried out.

Installation
Once work begins all you have to do is sit back and relax. Our building team will construct a fully reinforced base and thermally insulate all walls. One of our vastly experienced installation teams will then install your conservatory expertly and with the minimum of fuss.
Electrical Installation
Once we have installed the conservatory we have several services to offer you. We are able to offer a full electrical installation service to your new conservatory giving you options of lighting and plug socket location to maximize the use of the room.
Flooring & Heating
We offer flooring options to your own tastes to compliment the rest of your home and finally we offer a range of heating options including a full air conditioning installation to compliment your fabulous conservatory and give you the ultimate in comfort.
After Sales Care
When your installation is completed fully you will be safe in the knowledge that your conservatory comes with a full ten-year warranty against product defects allowing you to enjoy the comfort of your conservatory for many years to come.
